Terms of Service

Activity Tracker is a performance tracking application for recruiting teams. It lets you log daily activity, manage contacts, set goals, collaborate with accountability partners, and participate in team leaderboards.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to access another user's data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform beyond normal use

You retain ownership of the data you enter (contacts, logs, notes, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve Activity Tracker — including generating reports you request and sharing aggregate summaries with accountability partners you designate.

When you invite accountability partners or join teams, you control what summary information is shared through the app's notification settings. You are responsible for only inviting people you trust and for the accuracy of contact information you provide for invitations.

We strive to keep Activity Tracker available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Activity Tracker and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Specific dispute resolution procedures may vary by region.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
