When you create an account or use the app, we may collect:

• Account information: email address, name, role, and authentication credentials
• Activity data: daily logs (calls, recruits, premium), notes, and linked contacts
• Contact records: names, phone numbers, emails, status, and notes you enter
• Goals and preferences: targets, reminder settings, and notification preferences
• Team and partner data: team memberships, invite codes, and accountability partner relationships
• Technical data: basic usage needed to operate the service (e.g., session and error logs)

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Activity Tracker service
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure
• Generate dashboards, reports, leaderboards, and streaks for you and your teams
• Send accountability reports and reminder emails you have enabled
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Access is restricted by role and relationship:

• You: full access to your own contacts, activity logs, goals, and settings
• Accountability partners: receive only aggregate performance summaries (totals and goal progress) via email — not your individual contacts, notes, or private details
• Team members: see team leaderboards and aggregated team performance; they cannot access your private contacts or personal notes
• Team owners and admins: may see team-level summaries and membership data as configured in the app
• Platform administrators: limited access for support, security, and compliance purposes

Activity Tracker is hosted on Base44, which provides SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Row-level security rules ensure each user can only access records they are authorized to see.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and associated records in accordance with our data deletion process. Some information may be retained briefly in backups or logs where required for security or legal compliance.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information in your profile
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your activity data via the Reports and Monthly Summary pages
• Control partner notification frequency from the Partners page

We use trusted providers to operate the service, including:

• Base44: application hosting, database, and authentication
• Email delivery: for reminders, partner reports, and account notifications
• Google Sign-In (optional): if you choose to authenticate with Google

These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service on our behalf.
